Pontcanna Sour

A little twist on the Whiskey sour, this tastes so good, its so worth trying with our Fields of Pontcanna aged gin

INGREDIENTS

50ml Fields of Pontcanna Gin

35ml Lemon juice

Half a Fresh Egg White

10ml Sugar syrup

METHOD

  • Add all ingredients to a Boston shaker with ice.
  • Shake moderately for 20 seconds
  • Pour into an old-fashioned glass with chunk of ice 
  • Garnish with lemon peel twist
