We barrel age our negroni for 4 weeks in oak barrels which fills the mouth with additional flavour. However you can make a simply delicious version at home


50ml St Clements Gin

25ml Campari

25ml Vermouth Rosso

Dash of Orange Bitters

Twist of Orange

Chunk of ice


Use an old fashioned glass, add the chunk of ice
Add all the ingredients to a Boston Shaker
Shake well and strain into glass
Stir gentle and garnish with a twist of orange peel.
