Cathedral Snapper

Looks like a Bloody Mary but tastes so much better with all of those lovely botanicals

INGREDIENTS

50ml Fields of Pontcanna Gin

100ml Tomato Juice

10ml Sugar Syrup

Dash of Worcestershire Sauce

Dash of Tabasco Sauce

Salt, pepper and whatever garnish you care to use

METHOD

  • Add ingredients to Boston shaker with ice.
  • Shake moderately for 10 seconds
  • Pour into tall glass
  • Top up with Tomato Juice
  • Garnish with what ever takes your fancy
