St Clements Spritz

An Italian cocktail with a Cardiff Distillery twist. Makes for a delicious drink on those lazy summer afternoons.

INGREDIENTS

15ml Aperol

35ml St Clements Gin

Twist of orange peel

Fever Tree Mediterranean tonic water

METHOD

  • Fill a large Copa glass with ice
  • Pour in the St Clements Gin and Aperol
  • Top up with the Fever Tree tonic
  • Stir and add the orange peel garnish
