50ml St Clements Gin

25ml Campari

25ml Vermouth Rosso

Dash of Orange Bitters

Twist of Orange

Chunk of ice


  • Use an old-fashioned glass, add the ice
  • Pour all of the ingredients into a Boston shaker
  • Shake well and strain into glass
  • Stir gently and garnish with a twist of orange peel.
