Negroni
We barrel age our negroni for 4 weeks in oak barrels which fills the mouth with additional flavour. However you can make a simply delicious version at home
INGREDIENTS
50ml St Clements Gin
25ml Campari
25ml Vermouth Rosso
Dash of Orange Bitters
Twist of Orange
Chunk of ice
METHOD
- Use an old-fashioned glass, add the ice
- Pour all of the ingredients into a Boston shaker
- Shake well and strain into glass
- Stir gently and garnish with a twist of orange peel.
